Order of events for importing a car

1. Choose models, I suggest no more than four.


2. Determine if the vehicle is admissable. See this site http://www.riv.ca/english/html/how_to_import.html


3. Arrange financing or method of payment in the US, set limit.


4. Locate car or cars either at dealer or private.


5. Arrange insurance with ICBC.
